Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
PlanCheck is provided by Micro Studio Zurich, an independent software studio based in Madrid, Spain. Questions about privacy can be sent to larrazabalsamuel9@gmail.com.
2. Information the app processes
When an authorized site owner runs a scan, PlanCheck accesses the minimum account and site data required to examine Pricing Plans orders, plan-to-service connections, and Booking services. This may include identifiers, status information, configuration details, and technical metadata made available through the platform APIs.
3. How information is used
Information is used only to authenticate the installation, run the requested connection scan, display results, maintain security, diagnose errors, and provide support. PlanCheck does not use this information for advertising and does not sell personal information.
4. Read-only operation
PlanCheck is designed as a read-only service. It does not modify plans, orders, services, bookings, or customer records.
5. Storage and retention
PlanCheck does not maintain a separate customer-data database for scan results. Limited technical records may be processed or retained by hosting and platform providers for security, reliability, and error diagnosis according to their own retention practices.
6. Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by the platform and infrastructure providers needed to operate the app. We do not share site or customer data with data brokers, advertisers, or unrelated third parties. Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, limit access to authorized purposes, and rely on platform authorization controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Site owners can stop future app access by uninstalling PlanCheck. Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about personal data. Send requests to the contact email above; identity or authority may need to be verified.
9. International processing
Service providers may process technical information in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards and legal mechanisms used by those providers.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised on this page.
Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By installing or using PlanCheck, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
2. The service
PlanCheck provides read-only diagnostic information about connections between Pricing Plans and Booking services. Results are informational and should be verified before relying on them for business decisions.
3. Your responsibilities
You must have authority to install the app and access the relevant site data. You agree to use PlanCheck lawfully, maintain the security of your account, and not interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
4. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep PlanCheck reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
5. Fees
Any paid plan, billing period, trial, renewal, or cancellation terms shown during installation or subscription form part of these Terms. Charges are handled through the platform's billing system.
6. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, PlanCheck is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. The app is not legal, accounting, or financial advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Micro Studio Zurich will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Termination
You may stop using PlanCheck and uninstall it at any time. We may restrict access for unlawful, abusive, insecure, or materially harmful use.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under applicable law.
